Pradyoth is the Founder and CEO of Arraystorm Lighting Pvt. Ltd, a company created with the intention of being India’s foremost LED lighting brand. With a long and illuminated history in LED lighting, he is ably partnered by people who share his vision.
A certified Six Sigma Black Belt since 2000, Pradyoth Raj Varma has extensive knowledge of the business and the Indian market, and his efficiency in areas such as logistics, sales, warehousing, vendor selection, productivity, supply chain management, CRM and cycle time is legendary. As Quality Head for Wipro Lighting and Furniture, he has gained extensive knowledge of the lighting business, as well as the Indian market. His grasp of logistics, supply chain management, and CRM in this field is unequalled.
Technology enthusiast Satish Patil followed his passion in the lighting industry and joined Arraystorm as the General Manager – Operations.
After completion of his D.E.T.E from C.O.E.T. Jalgaon New Polytechnic, Satish did his I.T.E.S from Skyline Training Institution. His overall professional experience exceeds 25 years. During the beginning of his career, he worked as Technical Asst. Videocon International Ltd for 11 years. He joined Wipro Ltd, Lighting Division, Bhiwandi as the Logistics Manager. Since then he found his niche in lighting technology. He was also the Sr Sourcing Manager in Wipro Ltd, Consumer and Lighting division in Pune and has spearheaded Sourcing and Logistics for Lighting Business for 10 years. At Arraystorm, he continues to be an inspiring leader to his team.
Sneha has 16+ years of experience in 5 different start-ups in Semiconductor Equipment industry and LED lighting. She started her career with Applied Materials India, as Program Coordinator for Global Development Capability Center (GDC) at Satyam, established to leverage IT & Engineering Design Services offered by the Indian IT Service Providers and in a span of 3 years went on to become Project Coordinator.
After Applied, started as the first employee in Vignani Technologies Pvt Ltd, a semiconductor equipment industry and was a critical member in setting up an operational infrastructure and displayed strengths in the Project Management, HR Operations, Finance Management, Facility Administration Post Vignani Technologies she joined Cleanray, a LED Lighting Solution brand to spearhead the HR & Operations. In a short span of 3 years, Cleanray became one of the most renowned and trusted LED Lighting Solution Company in the corporate workspace indoor lighting vertical across India. Cleanray managed to create a list of customers which included the top most business brands in India. Cleanray was acquired by Wipro in 2012 Post Cleanray, Sneha followed her interest and passion in HR domain and currently heads the HR function at Arraystorm.
Sneha has a dual certification of EDP(Executive Development Program) in HRM from renowned XLRI & SHRM and is a postgraduate in Commerce.
